Delete your account
Onward works without an account. If you signed in with Apple or Google, open My Onward and use Delete account — it removes the account and the synced progress straight away. You can also email hazel@pintar.kr from the address you signed in with, or from any address quoting it, and ask for deletion. We delete the account, the email address held against it and the synced learning record within 30 days, and confirm by reply. Progress kept on your own device is not affected; clearing the app’s storage or reinstalling removes that copy.
Correction policy
Reports affecting an official answer or source are checked against the final government key first. Confirmed critical errors are removed or corrected before editorial improvements are scheduled.
No affiliation with examination authorities
Onward is an independent study app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by UPSC, SSC, RRB, IBPS, NTA, Kerala PSC, or any other examination authority. Exam names are used only to describe which examination the practice material is prepared for.
